If you're experiencing issues with posts not automatically publishing to your social media feeds, it's important to ensure that your post times and timezones are properly set up in your Arrow account.
Follow these 2 easy steps to configure your settings:
Step 1: Access and Open the Scheduling Settings
Locate and Click the Edit Icon: Find the pencil icon below your company name on your Arrow dashboard, and click it. A modal window will open, allowing you to adjust your scheduling settings.
Step 2: Set Your Schedule Time and Timezone
Choose your Schedule Time: In the modal window, select the specific times you want your posts to be shared.
Adjust for Local Time: Select the correct timezone for your target audience to ensure posts are published at the correct local time.
Click 'Save' to apply your changes.
Final Check
Once you have saved your settings, your posts will automatically be shared on your social feeds based on the times you have set in your Arrow profile account. If your posts are not shared as expected, please double-check your settings or contact our support team for further assistance.
