  1. Login / Navigate to the Companies section

    • First, ensure you are logged into your Arrow account. Use your credentials to access the account dashboard.

    • In the top right corner of the screen, you will see a button labelled "Companies". Click on this button


  2. Change Your Plan

    • On the upper right corner of your company’s section, there is a "Change plan" button. Click on this button to proceed.

  3. Enter Your Email Address

    • You will be prompted to enter your email address on the next page. Enter the email address associated with your Arrow account.

  4. Check Your Email

    • After submitting your email address, Arrow will send a link to your inbox. Be sure to check all folders, including spam/junk folders, as the email may be mistakenly marked as spam.

  5. Access Your Customer Portal

    • Click the login link in the email to access your customer portal. From here, you can update your current plan or change your billing details as needed.
